Thank you for choosing BrainLea ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how we deliver our digital educational services—including online coding courses, 1:1 tutoring, and live batches—when you make a purchase on www.brainlea.com ("Website"). Our goal is to ensure prompt, seamless, and reliable access to your learning experience.

1Types of Services and Delivery Methods

Online Self-Paced Courses

Access is granted instantly upon successful payment. You will receive an immediate confirmation email with instructions on how to log in and begin your course.

All courses are available 24/7. Students can access learning materials, tutorials, coding playgrounds, and AI help tools from anywhere in the world.

1:1 Live Tutoring

After purchase, you will receive access to our scheduling dashboard. You can select your preferred dates, times, and learning path based on availability.

Sessions are conducted through secure video conferencing platforms. Meeting links and session details will be sent to your registered email and displayed on your student dashboard.

Note: Rescheduling or cancellation requires at least 24 hours of advance notice. If notice is given less than 24 hours prior, the session credit will be forfeited. For more details, see our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Live Group Batches

Enrollment is confirmed immediately after payment. You will be placed in the next available batch or the batch you selected during checkout.

Details about batch timings, access links, and course materials will be sent to the parent's email at least 48 hours before the first session. Class recordings are typically uploaded within 12 hours after the live session.

2Global Time Zone Scheduling

BrainLea is a global platform serving students across the US, UK, Canada, Europe, Australia, UAE, Singapore, and India. To prevent scheduling conflicts:

  • Dynamic Timezone Translation: Our booking dashboard automatically translates class slots to the local timezone of your web browser or device.
  • Confirmation & Invites: All booking confirmation emails, calendar invitations, and student dashboard schedules are dynamically rendered in the student's designated local timezone.
  • Profile Settings: Parents can view or modify the account's active timezone in the profile settings at any time. It is the parent's responsibility to verify that the profile timezone is set correctly.

3Order Processing and Confirmation

Online Courses: Orders are processed instantly, and system credentials/access links are activated immediately.

1:1 Tutoring & Live Batches: Class booking and schedule confirmation are generated dynamically. If personalized matching is requested, our support team may take up to 24-48 hours to coordinate and assign the optimal coding mentor.

You will receive a confirmation email summarizing your purchase. If you do not receive this email within 2 hours of payment, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.

4Technical and Delivery Prerequisites

Because our Services are delivered entirely online over the internet, there are no physical shipping fees. However, students must satisfy the following technical prerequisites to access classes:

  • A laptop, desktop computer, or tablet with a working web camera and microphone.
  • A high-speed internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps download/upload recommended).
  • A modern web browser (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge).
  • Completion of any course prerequisites (specified on the course page).

5Service Delivery Restrictions & Delays

We reserve the right to reschedule or delay a live session in the event of tutor emergencies, server outages, or extreme weather conditions.

  • Tutor Absences: If a tutor is unable to attend, we will notify you immediately and schedule a make-up class or issue a session refund/credit.
  • Platform Disruptions: If technical difficulties on our end disrupt a class, the session credit will not be consumed, and the class will be rescheduled.

6Access Issues and Support

If you experience any difficulties accessing your student dashboard, running code in our online sandboxes, or joining live sessions, please notify us immediately. Our technical support team is available to assist with connection issues and dashboard setup.
