Copyright Policy

Last Updated: June 2, 2026

BrainLea respects creative work and expects users to do the same. This policy explains ownership, learner projects, and how to report content that you believe infringes your rights.

1Platform Materials

BrainLea owns or licenses the curriculum, lesson plans, videos, examples, designs, software interfaces, graphics, branding, text, and other materials provided through the platform. You may use them only for enrolled learning and may not copy, sell, redistribute, or publish them without permission.

2Learner Projects

Learners own their original project work, subject to any starter code, third-party assets, open-source terms, or platform materials included in the project. You grant BrainLea permission to host, run, display, store, review, and support the project so the service can work.

3Reporting Infringement

If you believe content on BrainLea infringes your rights, email us a notice with enough detail to review the issue:

  • Your name and contact information.
  • A description of the protected work.
  • The exact location or URL of the content you believe is infringing.
  • A statement that you believe the use is not authorized.
  • A statement that the information you provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Send notices to brainlea10@gmail.com.

4Counter-Notices

If your content was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake, email us with your contact details, the removed content location, an explanation, and your signature. We may restore content where appropriate after reviewing the request and any applicable legal process.

5Repeat Issues

We may remove content, restrict sharing, suspend accounts, or close accounts when users repeatedly or seriously violate copyright, intellectual property, privacy, safety, or platform rules.
