User Agreement
Last Updated: June 2, 2026This agreement sets the behavior and safety rules for parents, guardians, learners, teachers, and other users of the BrainLea platform.
1Parent or Guardian Role
- A parent or legal guardian must create and manage the account for a learner.
- The parent or guardian is responsible for payment, scheduling, supervision, consent, and account security.
- Parents should help learners understand class rules before joining a live session.
2Classroom Conduct
Every class should feel safe, respectful, and focused. The following behavior is not allowed:
Bullying, harassment, insults, or intimidation
Offensive language, gestures, backgrounds, or screen sharing
Sharing private information about another person
Recording or distributing class content without permission
Disrupting lessons, spamming chat, or impersonating others
Trying to bypass platform security or classroom controls
3Safety Actions
We may warn, mute, remove, suspend, or terminate access if behavior creates safety, privacy, security, payment, or learning issues. Severe or repeated violations may result in account closure without refund.
4Class Recordings
Why recordings may be used
Recordings may be used for learner review, child safety, teacher quality, support, dispute review, and internal training.
Who can access recordings
Access is limited to authorized team members, the teacher, the relevant family, or the class group when playback is part of the course experience.
Parent choice
If a parent does not want a learner's face or voice captured, they should contact us before class and use available microphone, camera, or participation settings.
5Account Security
Do not share account credentials outside your household or authorized support process. You are responsible for activity under your account unless the activity resulted from a platform security issue controlled by us.
6Acceptable Platform Use
- Use the platform only for enrolled learning, class participation, and approved support.
- Do not copy, resell, scrape, or redistribute courses, recordings, dashboards, or teacher materials.
- Do not upload malicious code, harmful files, private information, or content that violates another person's rights.
- Do not use learner accounts for advertising, unrelated commercial activity, or unauthorized research.
