- Automated dashboard access is usually available soon after successful confirmation.
- Manual teacher matching, timetable coordination, or support review may take additional time.
- Class recordings or follow-up material may be posted after the live session when available.
- If you do not receive expected access, contact us with the registered email and payment or booking reference.
3Timezone and Scheduling
Live classes may be scheduled across timezones. The dashboard or communication may display times based on account, browser, or selected timezone settings. Parents are responsible for checking class time, device readiness, and calendar reminders before each session.
4Technical Requirements
- A stable internet connection.
- A modern browser on a suitable laptop, desktop, tablet, or supported device.
- Working microphone and camera for interactive live classes.
- Permission to open classroom links, run browser-based tools, and receive service emails.
5Delivery Issues
We may reschedule or provide an access correction if a delivery issue is caused by our platform, teacher availability, or a verified service-side disruption.
Missed sessions caused by learner absence, late arrival, incorrect timezone, unsupported device, or local internet issues are handled under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
